Froda

Activation commitment

Beyond the commercial targets, the partner and Froda should agree on the expected level of marketing activity and visibility: essentially an activation commitment. It should define how visible the product should be, which always-on placements should exist, which customer communication channels will be used, how much launch activity is planned, how much ongoing activation will take place, and what the partner will execute themselves versus where Froda supports. Froda has expertise across strategy, execution, templates, guidance, and optimization, so partners can choose how much they want to run themselves. See Level of commitment for that dimension specifically.

The four levels

Rather than defining the commitment from scratch, choose from four recommended levels: the same levels apply to both the Launch Playbook and the ongoing Activation Playbook. Standard and Growth-Oriented are Froda's recommendation for most partners; they give the product enough channels and cadence to have a real chance, without requiring a big-budget commitment.
