Send-outs (letters)
Physical mail for audiences less reachable digitally, or where a letter carries more weight (e.g. a formal offer). No downloadable template exists yet: see the guidance below for how to run it.
Physical mail reaches business owners who don't engage much with digital channels, and a printed letter carries a formality that a digital nudge doesn't: well suited to a first eligibility notice or a milestone moment, not routine updates.
Frequency
Occasional and moment-driven: reserved for specific high-value triggers (new eligibility, a meaningful credit increase), not a recurring send.
Tips & best practices
Lead with the news, not the pitch
"You're now eligible for..." reads as informative rather than salesy. Let the format's formality do the persuading.
Make the next step trivially easy
A QR code or short link straight to the relevant page removes the friction the format itself adds.
Reserve it for weight, not routine
Overusing physical mail for everyday updates cheapens it for the moment it's actually built for.
